The efficiency indicators of the functioning critical information infrastructures in the communication system are analyzed based on the architectural concept of future networks. The object of the study is hardware and software complexes critical information infrastructures for special purposes. Critical information infrastructure represents information and telecommunication communication systems, the maintenance, reliability and security which are necessary for the safe operation special-purpose enterprises. In order to avoid the occurrence of various security and reliability incidents, the studied critical infrastructures communication systems require constant analysis and updating operating rules. The subject of the research is a method for calculating quality indicators of the functioning of critical information infrastructures in communication systems. In this work, using the example of a communication system based on modern technologies, the sequence of actions for analyzing threats to the security of a critical information infrastructure facility is considered. The purpose of the study is to develop a new approach for creating methods for calculating indicators of efficiency, reliability and information security systems. Based on the analysis of the work, a method for calculating efficiency indicators critical information infrastructures of communication systems is proposed and important analytical expressions for further research are obtained. As a result of the study, the main conclusions of the study were obtained, which can be implemented and used in critical infrastructures of communication systems to calculate the quality of functioning public computer and telecommunication systems.

Оператори ринку розробляють, впроваджують та постійно удосконалюють систему простежуваності, яка забезпечує належний рівень контролю безпечності харчового продукту. Елементами системи простежуваності є внутрішня та зовнішня простежуваність. Мета даної роботи полягає в удосконаленні елементів зовнішньої системи простежуваності обігу кондитерських виробів з порошком керобу із застосуванням NFC-тегів. Виробництво кондитерських виробів з використання порошку керобу є перспективним, оскільки дозволяє зменшити кількість цукру у рецептурному складі виробу. Запропоновано блок-схему системи простежуваності сировини та готової продукції у виробництві кондитерських виробів з використанням порошку керобу. Представлено впровадження системи простежуваності у виробництві борошняних кондитерських виробів з використанням порошку керобу згідно вимог Глобального стандарту простежуваності GS1. Проаналізовано сучасні засоби автоматизованої ідентифікації харчових продуктів, такі як штрихове кодування (одномірне, двомірне), технології блокчейн, RFID, NFC. Сучасні засоби забезпечення простежуваності шляхом автоматизації обліку інформації щодо ідентифікації та простежуванності харчового продукту на всіх етапах його виробництва оптимізують систему документування інформації на різних видах носіїв. Технологія сканування інформації NFC дозволяє здійснювати обмін даними між пристроями, що знаходяться на відстані до 10 см. Завдяки компактним розмірам і низькому споживанню енергії дана технологія використовується в невеликих цифрових мобільних пристроях. Удосконалення простежуваності за допомогою NFC-технології є доступним для всіх операторів ринку, оскільки не потребує додаткового обладнання та спиряє зручному доступу до значної кількості інформації про харчовий продукт.

This article discusses issues related to the concept of the Internet of Things and its application to the development of the Smart City. Smart City or "Smart City" is a new concept for the introduction of technologies (information and communication) to manage the life of the modern city. Existing technologies for long-distance data transmission in the Internet of Things are analyzed. Based on the calculations, the justification of the efficiency of LORA technology is substantiated, the energy potential of the communication line for LORA technology is given, the capacity of the LoRa network is determined. The network architecture has the best relationship between increasing the battery life of IoT devices and providing communication range. The protocol operates in a non-licensed range, and this is its uniqueness in cost and speed of implementation. Based on the study of the experience of implementing the protocol in the city of Lviv, the advantages and problems of implementation were identified. The possibility of using the technology in large cities was assessed. Software has been developed that allows the user to check that everything in his house is in order and that there are no gas leaks, water leaks and no movement in the house. The practical use of IoT in the "Smart City", the use of LoRaWAN technology, the principle of the network are shown. The experience of using the LoRaWAN protocol in Ukraine has been studied and analyzed. The experience of cities on the introduction of Internet of Things technologies in the housing system is considered.
