The object of this study is the process of distribution of damaged weapons and military equipment of various types among specialized repair and restoration units. The problem being solved is the lack of adaptability of the existing scientific and methodical apparatus to the expedient distribution of damaged weapons and military equipment of various types among specialized repair and restoration units. An algorithm for the expedient distribution of damaged weapons and military equipment among specialized repair and restoration units is proposed, which is based on the method of non-linear programming (the method of two functions). The essence of the developed algorithm is to take into account the non-linearity of objective functions of both the consumer and the resource. A feature of the developed algorithm of expedient distribution is taking into account the heterogeneity of both damaged weapons and military equipment, as well as the specificity of repair and restoration units. The scope of practical application of the proposed algorithm is management processes in military hostilities during combat operations. The procedure for appointing specialized repair and restoration units for the restoration of damaged weapons and military equipment has been improved. The peculiarity of the proposed procedure is that it is based on the distribution of damaged weapons and military equipment not only on the basis of the capacity of certain repair and restoration units but also taking into account their compliance. The specified procedure makes it possible to select those repair and restoration units that could allow for an increase in the level of restoration of damaged weapons and military equipment by 20 %. The scope of practical application of the improved procedure is the management processes of the technical support system of troops when planning measures to restore damaged weapons and military equipment

The article proposes an algorithm for the synthesis of reconnaissance and fire systems. Which allows you to justify the need for weapons samples for the completion of subsystems of fire damage and reconnaissance of the specified systems. The essence of the algorithm is to organize the stages of determining the need for weapons samples to ensure the effective functioning of reconnaissance and fire systems. The advantage of the algorithm is that it allows you to take into account the stability of functioning and the capabilities of each type of weapon based on the tasks that rely on the reconnaissance and fire system. This ensures the optimal distribution of weapons and prevents overspending of resources. At the same time, the algorithm is universal and ensures work with all types of means of fire damage and reconnaissance that are in service in the missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account those that are being modernized or developed, as well as those that come as aid from Western countries - partners. In addition to the fact that the proposed algorithm determines the need for weapons when creating new reconnaissance and fire systems, taking into account the given degree of task performance, it also allows determining the degree of performance of assigned tasks, taking into account the available forces and means. The algorithm is based on an improved method of nonlinear programming (two functions), which allows you to take into account both the heterogeneity of types of weapons and military equipment, and the heterogeneity of targets. The improvement consists in determining the "weight" of the types of fire weapons depending on the "weight" of the targets to be hit they are involved. And in the future, normalized fractions of this "weight" are used as weighting coefficients. This makes it possible to justify the need for weapons samples taking into account the given level of performance of the assigned tasks. The defined algorithm allows taking into account the nonlinearity of the functions that describe different types of weapons and targets.

At present, the planning of technical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine needs to be finalized, as it does not allow to fully respond to the challenges of today. The whole system of technical support begins with planning. The amount of funds spent by the state, the number of personnel involved in the work and the time for these works, the speed of obtaining spare parts, etc. will depend on how a particular process or procedure is planned. And as a result, the quality and speed of recovery of weapons to ensure the combat readiness of troops. The issues considered in the work are quite relevant especially during the hostilities in the East of our country. The article highlights the problems of planning and procedures for repair and maintenance of weapons at the present stage. The full cycle of planning and division of responsibilities of the repair body of a military unit is considered in detail. A comparative analysis of the planning of the work of repair bodies in Soviet times, the state of affairs on this issue in the modern Armed Forces and a parallel with the planning and technical support of NATO countries. In addition, the technical support of combat operations during the anti-terrorist operation and the Joint Forces operation is analyzed, the analysis of which also shows gaps in the planning and procedures for the repair and maintenance of armaments and military equipment. The main military equipment used for combat operations is armored vehicles. Therefore, this article will consider the above-mentioned problem of planning on the basis of the armored service of the military unit. The conclusion also provides suggestions for further research on process automation through mathematical methods of data processing and implementation of decision support systems.
