Calcineurin inhibitors and arterial hypertension in recipients of solid organs

Abstract: Arterial hypertension is an established risk factor for cardiovascular complications. Since the introduction of calcineurin inhibitors (CNI), аrterial hypertension is observed in 50-80% of transplanted patients.
