Most of these cases had elevated calcium-phosphorus product [11,12,13,14,15,16] and elevated PTH levels [11,12,13,14,15]. One report had low calcium-phosphorus at presentation with pulmonary calcification [17]; however, in that patient the renal failure and pulmonary calcification resolved after 1 year of presentation.…”
