CAGW Peptide Modified Biodegradable Cationic Copolymer for Effective Gene Delivery

Abstract: In recent years, gene therapy has become a promising technology to enhance endothelialization of artificial vascular grafts. The ideal gene therapy requires a gene carrier with low cytotoxicity and high transfection efficiency.
