Cadres institutionnels et loi du plus fort en institutions gériatriques

Abstract: En institution, est-ce la loi du plus fort ? La violence dans les institutions gérontologiques est interrogée à partir du cadre institutionnel, dans définition psychanalytique de celui-ci. Cette violence peut être déposée dans la fondation de l’institution ou résulter du traumatisme lié à la rencontre avec des âgés dépendants ou encore en fin de vie. Elle se manifeste en particulier dans la logique de l’exercice de la loi du plus fort sur les plans individuel, groupal ou institutionnel.
