Bureaucratic Reform by Building Trust in Citizens: Best Practices from Local Online Complaints

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the success of the Banyumas Complaint Outlet (Lapak Aduan Banyumas/ LAB) in increasing public trust in the government.
