Building Sustainable Intercultural Relationship by Hotel Corporation Staff

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to present the hotel staff’s opinions on the competences needed to build and develop sustainable intercultural relationships in global hotel corporations. The data was collected among 148 hotel staff from the departments dealing with buyers and contractors.
