Considering that governance is extremely important in lowering risks and increasing the efficiency of high performance, this research aimed to explain the role of sporting governance in reducing risks and increasing the efficiency of high performance by applying statistics. This research also aimed to analyze the implementation of mechanisms of electronic governance. We found that governance, in the broadest sense, refers to effective management. Therefore, a significant amount of responsibility is placed on the boards of sports directors when it comes to the implementation of governance. Also, sports directors are largely responsible for risk management. Consequently, it is necessary for them to have an understanding of the possible threats, as well as the measures that should be taken to guarantee efficiency and absence of ethical conflicts. According to our results, we concluded that there is a significant association between sporting governance and the performance of sports organizations. Considerando que la gobernanza es extremadamente importante para reducir los riesgos y aumentar la eficiencia del alto rendimiento, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo explicar el papel de la gobernanza deportiva en la reducción de riesgos y el aumento de la eficiencia del alto rendimiento mediante la aplicación de estadística. Esta investigación también tuvo como objetivo analizar la implementación de mecanismos de gobernanza electrónica. Se encontró que la gobernanza, en el sentido más amplio, se refiere a una gestión eficaz. Por lo tanto, una gran responsabilidad recae en los consejos de directores deportivos en lo que respecta a la implementación de la gobernanza. Además, los directores deportivos son en gran medida responsables de la gestión de riesgos. En consecuencia, es necesario que comprendan las posibles amenazas, así como las medidas que deben tomarse para garantizar la eficiencia y la ausencia de conflictos éticos. Según nuestros resultados, concluimos que existe una asociación significativa entre la gobernanza deportiva y el desempeño de las organizaciones deportivas.

This study aims to determine the relationship between incentive, job performance levels and job performance among the members of sports federations in Kirkuk. The universe and the sample of the study were chosen with the intentional method consisting of (60) members of sports federations in Kirkuk. The researcher distributed (50) questionnaires to the study sample, then took a sample of (10) from the original community for the pilot study,the researcher used the survey method from the basic methods in the descriptive research because it is suitable for the nature of the study. According to our findings; The reward and financial incentive provided by the federation, moral appreciation was found to be an additional incentive to do more tasks (2.68±0.62 ; 2.60±0.60). On the other hand; It was determined that the participants preferred to receive financial incentives compared to moral incentives (3.98±0.55). Regarding the work performance of its members; It was determined that the positive performance evaluation results motivated me and pushed me to work efficiently (2.72±0.64), while the members obeyed the working rules and procedures (3.48±0.81). It also shows that there is a significant relationship (p<0.00) between incentives and job performance. Sonuç olarak; It is recommended to organize training courses for administrative leadership in the field of awards, the need to support and strengthen positive business relations between employees in non-sport sports institutions, incentives, human relations and employee evaluation methods, and to conduct a study on these incentives and improve work performance for other sports institutions.

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar las intenciones de comportamiento, la satisfacción y la calidad percibida de los espectadores del Campeonato Asiático de Voleibol Masculino Sub-23 de 2017. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 351 espectadores del evento. El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario fiable formado por cinco sub-cuestionarios sobre calidad del servicio, calidad del producto principal, satisfacción con el servicio, satisfacción con el juego e intenciones de comportamiento. El análisis estadístico se basó en ecuaciones estructurales y se realizó con el software WarpPLS versión 6. La calidad de los servicios tuvo un efecto significativo en la satisfacción con el servicio (β = 0,504; P <0,001). La calidad del producto principal tuvo un efecto significativo en la satisfacción con el juego (β = 0,658; P <0,001). Además, la satisfacción con el juego tuvo un efecto significativo sobre las intenciones de comportamiento (β = 0,514; P <0,001). Sin embargo, el efecto de la satisfacción con el servicio sobre las intenciones de comportamiento no fue significativo. Por ello, es recomendable que los organizadores de megaeventos deportivos consideren estos resultados con el fin de mejorar las intenciones de comportamiento, la satisfacción y la calidad percibida de los espectadores. The aim of this study was to analyze behavioral intentions, satisfaction and perceived quality of the spectators of the 2017 Asian Men's U23 Volleyball Championship. The sample was composed of 351 spectators of the event. The instrument used was a reliable questionnaire with five sub-questionnaires about service quality, main product quality, service satisfaction, game satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. The statistical analysis was based on structural equations and it was carried out with the software WarpPLS version 6. The quality of services had a significant effect on service satisfaction (β=0.504, P<0.001). The core product quality had a significant effect on game satisfaction (β=0.658, P<0.001). Also, the game satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intentions (β=0.514, P<0.001). However, the effect of service satisfaction on behavioral intentions was not significant. Therefore, it is recommendable that the organizers of mega sport events consider these results in order to improve the behavioral intentions, satisfaction and perceived quality of the spectators.
