Brucellosis Prevalence in Brazilian Slaughterhouses with Different Meat Inspection Systems

Abstract: In Brazil, meat inspection occurs in a decentralized manner and consists of three types: (i) federal inspection (SIF), (ii) state inspection (SISP), and (iii) municipal inspection (SIM).
