This article is about an architectural hardware-software model creation—home-based smart health model—to boost healthcare to a higher position within society. As an emerging field, smart health modeling is still insufficient. Current smart health services are hospital centered, data are scattered and application dependent, and health service provision presents attention delays. Analyses of Internet of things, Internet of medical things, and smart health applications potentials are the bases for the proposed home-based smart health model. The model aims to facilitate the smart health development and strengthening. To evaluate whether the model does what it must do, first, check lists on how the model complies with current and future devices and applications, smart health impacts and smart health potentialities, and second, a case study analyses the model conformity through an Internet of things sophisticated cloud app.

This paper presents a healthcare information and medical resource management platform utilizing wearable devices, physiological sensors, and an indoor positioning system (IPS). This platform provides medical healthcare information management based on the physiological information collected by wearable devices and Bluetooth data collectors. The Internet of Things (IoT) is constructed for this medical care purpose. The collected data are classified and used to monitor the status of patients in real time with a Secure MQTT mechanism. The measured physiological signals are also used for developing an IPS. When the patient is out of the safety zone, the IPS will send an alert message instantly by pushing the server to remind the caretaker, easing the caretaker’s burden and offering extra protection for the patient. The presented system also provides medical resource management with the help of IPS. The medical equipment and devices can be tracked by IPS to tackle some equipment rental problems, such as lost and found. A platform for the medical staff work coordination information exchange and transmission is also developed to expedite the maintenance of medical equipment, providing the shared medical information to healthcare and management staff in a timely and transparent manner. The presented system in this paper will finally reduce the loading of medical staff during the COVID-19 pandemic period.

With the popularization of Internet of things (IoT) knowledge and the wide dissemination of technology, IoT technology medical and health industry has brought far-reaching influence. This article studies the application of IoT technology in sports injury medical system, and expounds the application of telemedicine, mobile diagnosis, and user data management in medical system supported by IoT technology. First, the application layer, network layer, and perceptual layer structure of the IoT are used to plan the overall hierarchy of the sports injury medical system, and then the system is divided into three modules, which are the user physiological parameter acquisition module, the user physiological parameter processing module, and the motion damage diagnosis result module. Finally, the performance of the system is detected from packet loss rate and concurrency quantity, and it is concluded that the medical system of sports injury can meet the requirements of field diagnosis based on the background of IoT, and the user's satisfaction is found to be greatly improved by the results of user's investigation. 1 INTRODUCTION The so-called Internet of things (IoT) refers to a variety of information sensing equipment, such as RFID devices, infrared sensors, global positioning system, laser scanners, and other equipment implanted in a variety of items, and then the realization of intelligent items. 1-3 Combine these information sensing devices with the Internet to form a vast network of interconnection and information sharing between objects, computers and people. For medical units, the application of IoT technology will vigorously promote the development of hospital information, but also the trend of future development, in the continuous improvement of medical procedures, improve the quality of medical care, to ensure the safety of patients, the realization of telemedicine, special population health care, strengthen medical device management, drug security, and many other aspects will play an extremely important role. 4-6 At the end of 2008, Korea introduced the concept of "smart healthcare," 7,8 which envisages the introduction of IoT related technologies in the medical field, the interconnection, sharing, collaboration, and public health prevention of medical information, and believes that IoT technology will be more widely used in medical platforms, electronic health file systems, and other fields. The European Commission 8 launched an IoT strategy in the form of a policy article, proposing to give Europe a global lead in the development of intelligent Internet-based infrastructure, and to invest billion euros through R&D programs to launch a number of related R&D projects, in addition to improving the level of network intelligence, more billion euros a year over the years to further strengthen R&D efforts, while allocating billion euros to the construction of IoT related short-term projects, including medical related projects.
