One of the Internet of Things (IoT) components is a microcontroller. One of the many microcontrollers is the Raspberry Pi. This component is often used because it is similar to a small computer. Many people use Rapid Application Development (RAD) in making web-based applications because it is considered very flexible and can iterate on the design and development section. There are several studies related to utilizing website development to help hospitals. However, the real problem is that the use of technology such as clinical information websites has not been widely used for small clinics. This is hampered by the location of the clinics, which are far from the urban center. This study has a goal to develop a website application with the help of a Raspberry Pi. This component works as a computer replacement medium (having wifi and a processor) applied to clinical LED TV because there is no computer to display it, and making the administration of the website itself tested by testing and evaluation using Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT). In testing and evaluation, it was found that 5 trials of Black Box testing got good results with all categories achieved. 76.13% of UAT results are included in the "Satisfied" category on the UAT test where the best result is "Very Satisfied". Furthermore, research has not focused on the actual application of IoT and needs to be studied more deeply in making IoT integrated with the website

The Internet of Things (IoT) has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by enabling remote patient monitoring, personalized care and disease prevention. In Ecuador, research on IoT in the healthcare field is rapidly expanding. However, there’s a need for a clearer understanding of the current state of this research. This study examines the contributions of Ecuadorian authors in this field through their publications in two globally impactful bibliographic databases. The methodology employed is a systematic review using the PRISMA statement, resulting in a final stage comprising 23 articles. These publications encompass system proposals, prototypes, and reviews with applications in areas such as epidemiology, cardiology and nursing. The recurrent mention of patient information privacy is a challenge in implementing IoT-based healthcare systems. The conclusions emphasize that future work perspectives should address the challenges identified, considering the growing trend of publications from Ecuadorian authors.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently been used frequently, especially concerning the Internet of Things (IoT). However, IoT devices cannot work alone, assisted by Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) for long-distance communication and Short-Range Network for a short distance. However, few reviews about AI can help LPWAN and Short-Range Network. Therefore, the author took the opportunity to do this review. This study aims to review LPWAN and Short-Range Networks AI papers in systematically enhancing IoT performance. Reviews are also used to systematically maximize LPWAN systems and Short-Range networks to enhance IoT quality and discuss results that can be applied to a specific scope. The author utilizes selected reporting items for systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA). The authors conducted a systematic review of all study results in support of the authors' objectives. Also, the authors identify development and related study opportunities. The author found 79 suitable papers in this systematic review, so a discussion of the presented papers was carried out. Several technologies are widely used, such as LPWAN in general, with several papers originating from China. Many reports from conferences last year and papers related to this matter were from 2020-2021. The study is expected to inspire experimental studies in finding relevant scientific papers and become another review.
