“…An emotive narrative aims to engage consumers (Hong et al, 2022), awaken their emotions (Sarkar et al, 2018), build credibility (Gilliam & Flaherty, 2015), and connect them to other consumers (Pan & Chen, 2019), enhancing their understanding, imagination, and experience (Dogan & Kan, 2020). The consumer understands storytelling through both intra‐story (meaning, structure, and internal aspects) and inter‐story (organization, society, and relationship) analysis (Chautard & Collin‐Lachaud, 2019).…”

“…This change of paradigm allows heritage to be preserved and at the same time to make it meaningful for the people who come into contact with it, adapting the contents and experiences that accompany the visitor from his or her place of origin all the way through an up-close tour of Casa Batlló. The technological development and virtual experiences that have recently increased throughout the museum and heritage site open up new scenarios and opportunities for growth and scope through virtual immersive experiences (Dogan & Kan, 2020). This has numerous advantages, one of which is the ease of reaching more people and reducing the pressure on the carrying capacity of the property itself, but it also involves challenges 2.…”
