Bridging Artifacts and Actors: Expertise Sharing in Organizational Ecosystems

Abstract: We synthesize findings from longitudinal case studies examining work practices in three different organizations and propose analytical and methodological frameworks to guide the design and implementation of technologies for expertise and knowledge management.
