Breeding hate: A case study of training for ethnic cleansing in war‐torn Yugoslavia

Abstract: Nadler's (1994) Critical Events Model will be utilized within a qualitative historical case method to thematize the historical record relating the training organized for the Serbian Volunteer Guard (SDG) for ethnic cleansing in war‐torn Yugoslavia. This work demonstrates how a human resource development model can reorganize historical data to interpret how genocidal groups trained for atrocities.
