Braunschweiger Shopfloor Management Assessment

Abstract: Kurzfassung Ganzheitliche Produktionssysteme (GPS) sind heutzutage Stand der Technik in produzierenden Unternehmen. Mittlerweile etabliert sich neben den Lean-Methoden auch eine GPS-gerechte Führung – das Lean Leadership.
