Finally, a unique proposal of a possible use of a FAD BPC Si slab with output beam expansion (OBE) geometry as a high-resolution time-of-flight (TOF) analyser of thermal neutrons was also succesfully tested (Mikula et al, 2003(Mikula et al, , 2004.
