Boundary integral equations for computer‐aided design of Y‐branch circuits of quantum electron waveguide

Abstract: SUMMARYWith a view to contributing to the fundamental theory of the computer-aided design of electron waveguide circuits, the guided-mode extracted boundary integral equation derived earlier by the authors is now extended to three-port Y-branch circuits.
