Boosting the photocatalytic H2 evolution activity of a CdS/N-doped ZnIn2S4 direct Z-scheme heterostructure using a band alignment regulation strategy

Abstract: CdS/N-doped ZnIn2S4 Z-scheme heterostructured photocatalyst is developed for H2 evolution basing on a band alignment regulation strategy, where the enlarged Fermi level difference facilitates a stronger built-in electric field for charge separation.
