Boiling, Blanching, and Stir-Frying Markedly Reduce Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract: Nowadays, a lot of produce (fruits and vegetables) sold in many countries are contaminated with pesticide residues, which cause severe effects on consumer health, such as cancer and neurological disorders.
