This study was carried out to see the In-vitro impacts of Triladyl  extender on cooled and frozenthawed semen quality parameters of Tharparkar Bull, for four mature bulls (labeled as A, B, C, and D), all aged between 4 to 5 years were used. A total of 60 (n=15) semen samples were collected by the artificial vagina method and kept in a warm water bath at 37⁰C. After collection, fresh semen ejaculates of individual bulls were evaluated for macroscopic (Volume, pH, Colour) and microscopic (Motility, Live dead ratio, Morphology, HOST and concentration) parameters. Semen ejaculates qualifying the standard criteria were pooled and extended in Triladyl  extender. Evaluation of cooled semen motility (73±1.04), live-dead ratio (79.25±0.96), morphology (79.35±0.91) and HOST (66.975±1.067) with Triladyl  extenders showed improved results. Evaluation of frozen-thawed semen motility (51±0.785), live dead ratio (68.625±0.885), morphology (68.55±0.872) and HOST (48.225±0.87) by employing Triladyl  extenders showed satisfactory results. It was concluded that the in-vitro results of the Triladyl  extender yield standard values i.e. cooled and frozen-thawed quality parameters of semen and it was suggested to be used for Artificial insemination (AI).

Graphene has been widely used to construct enzyme biosensors, with most research focused on improving electron transfer. While most of electrochemical process on graphene-modified electrode has been demonstrated to be a diffusion-controlled, the restacking of graphene has resulted in nonefficient mass transport. Herein, oxalate oxidase (OxOx) immobilized on chemically reduced graphene oxide (CRGO) can suppress the aggregation of CRGO and exhibit significantly improved mass transport and can be used as biosensor with excellent sensitivity to oxalic acid. More importantly, the amount of CRGO has a significant effect on electron transfer and the mass transport. By adjusting amount of CRGO, we demonstrate that the electron-transfer rate and mass-diffusion efficiency have a synergistic effect on the electrochemical performance of biosensors. Improving the mass diffusion rate can greatly enhance the electrochemical properties of a graphene based biosensor; therefore, the efficient mass transport on graphene based electrodes should receive more attention. A detailed understanding of this could be further applied to other graphene-based enzyme biosensors.
