The financial data of some listed companies is not transparent enough, especially in financial-related management and program planning. In addition to legal and ethical constraints, with the continuous upgrading of blockchain technology, it is possible to explore the use of blockchain technology to lower the threshold for a certain number of investors to participate in corporate financial governance. Jointly supervising the capital flow of listed companies can ensure the safety of funds and improve the efficiency of capital use, thereby solving the problem of financial fraud of listed companies to a certain extent. The four core features of blockchain technology include decentralized distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, asymmetric encryption, and smart contracts. Exploring the feasibility and embedding path of chain technology in the capital supervision of listed companies will help to solve this problem. The integrated application of blockchain technology plays an important role in new technology innovation and industrial transformation. According to the unique technical characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization, nontampering, and traceability, combined with its application scenarios in the accounting field, it is hoped to use blockchain technology to solve problems such as information asymmetry and easy tampering of financial amounts from the source. Therefore, effective analysis can reduce the occurrence of financial fraud and fraud in listed companies, and blockchain technology has become a new way to prevent financial fraud in listed companies. This paper analyzes the classification and basic characteristics of blockchain, and studies the access mechanism and voting rules of candidate nodes based on the private chain architecture of the Raft distributed protocol to ensure the authenticity and real-time of financial information of listed companies and financial decisions. Improving the difficulty of financial fraud can provide good social and economic benefits.

Healthcare institutions are progressively integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their operations. The extraordinary potential of AI is restricted by insufficient medical data for AI model training and adversarial attacks wherein attackers perturb the dataset by adding some noise to it, which leads to the malfunctioning of the AI models, and a lack of trust caused by the opaque operational approach it employs. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a state‐of‐the‐art survey of the research on blockchain technology for securing AI‐integrated healthcare applications. The most relevant articles from the Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases were identified using the PRISMA model. Most of the existing literature is about protecting the healthcare data used by AI‐based healthcare systems using blockchain technology, but the modality of data (text, images, audio, and sound) was not specifically mentioned. Information on protecting the training phase and model deployment for AI‐based healthcare systems considering the variations in feature extraction based on the modality of data was also not clearly specified. Hence, the three subfields of AI, namely, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and acoustic AI are further studied to identify security loopholes in its implementation pipeline. The three phases, namely the dataset, the training phase, and the trained models need to be protected from adversaries to avoid malfunctioning of the deployed AI models. The nature of the data processed by NLP, computer vision, and acoustic AI, underlying deep neural network (DNN) architectures, the complexity of attacks, and the perceivability of attacks by humans are analyzed to identify the need for security. A blockchain solution for AI‐based healthcare systems is synthesized based on the findings that have demonstrated the distinctive technological features of blockchains. It offers a solution for the privacy and security issues encountered by NLP, computer vision, and acoustic AI to boost the widespread adoption of AI applications in healthcare.

Background Academic literature highlights blockchain’s potential to transform health care, particularly by seamlessly and securely integrating existing data silos while enabling patients to exercise automated, fine-grained control over access to their electronic health records. However, no serious scholarly attempt has been made to assess how these technologies have in fact been applied to real-world health care contexts. Objective The primary aim of this paper is to assess whether blockchain’s theoretical potential to deliver transformative benefits to health care is likely to become a reality by undertaking a critical investigation of the health care sector’s actual experience of blockchain technologies to date. Methods This mixed methods study entailed a series of iterative, in-depth, theoretically oriented, desk-based investigations and 2 focus group investigations. It builds on the findings of a companion research study documenting real-world engagement with blockchain technologies in health care. Data were sourced from academic and gray literature from multiple disciplinary perspectives concerned with the configuration, design, and functionality of blockchain technologies. The analysis proceeded in 3 stages. First, it undertook a qualitative investigation of observed patterns of blockchain for health care engagement to identify the application domains, data-sharing problems, and the challenges encountered to date. Second, it critically compared these experiences with claims about blockchain’s potential benefits in health care. Third, it developed a theoretical account of challenges that arise in implementing blockchain in health care contexts, thus providing a firmer foundation for appraising its future prospects in health care. Results Health care organizations have actively experimented with blockchain technologies since 2016 and have demonstrated proof of concept for several applications (use cases) primarily concerned with administrative data and to facilitate medical research by enabling algorithmic models to be trained on multiple disparately located sets of patient data in a secure, privacy-preserving manner. However, blockchain technology is yet to be implemented at scale in health care, remaining largely in its infancy. These early experiences have demonstrated blockchain’s potential to generate meaningful value to health care by facilitating data sharing between organizations in circumstances where computational trust can overcome a lack of social trust that might otherwise prevent valuable cooperation. Although there are genuine prospects of using blockchain to bring about positive transformations in health care, the successful development of blockchain for health care applications faces a number of very significant, multidimensional, and highly complex challenges. Early experience suggests that blockchain is unlikely to rapidly and radically revolutionize health care. Conclusions The successful development of blockchain for health care applications faces numerous significant, multidimensional, and complex challenges that will not be easily overcome, suggesting that blockchain technologies are unlikely to revolutionize health care in the near future.
