Bleeding Complication in a Patient with Concomitant Use of Rivaroxaban and Saffron Supplement: A Case Report

Abstract: Background: Direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) carry a lower potential risk of food/herb and drug interactions compared with oral vitamin K antagonists.
