Biotechnology as a heart of innovation in nursery management of ornamental plants

Abstract: The article presents the results of three-year studies on microclonal propagation of climbing roses «PalaisRoyal», «Camelot»and «Nahema». At the stage of proliferation the optimum concentration of cytokinin 6benzylaminopurine (6-BAP) in the Murashige and Skoog medium (MSO) for three varieties of roses was 1.0 mg/L.
