Bioreduction of silver nanoparticles characterizations and their antimicrobial activity

Abstract: In this investigation we report the bioreduction of silver nitrate to silver nanoparticles using the leaves aqueous extract of Alangium lamarckii. The silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis spectrophotometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), DLS-Size and zeta potential analysis showed that the synthesized silver nanoparticles are varied from 60 -70 nm and have the spherical shape.
