Biomimetic nanoscale metal–organic framework harnesses hypoxia for effective cancer radiotherapy and immunotherapy

Abstract: Biomimetic Hf-DBP-Fe harnesses tumor hypoxia for cancer treatment via RT-RDT and CDT as well as synergistic combination with immune checkpoint blockade.
