Biological Processing of Renewable Raw Materials Resources with Regard to the Environmental and Technological Criteria

Abstract: The research was devoted to studying the influence of the Tamir biological product in the loose deep-litter keeping of the cattle on the indicators of rearing stock live weight, average daily weight gain, and withdrawal of replacement heifers, cows, and first-calf heifers due to the limb diseases. The study was performed at the stud farm for breeding the black-motley breed of the Integrated Agricultural Production Company (collective farm) Udmurtia in the Vavozhsky district of the Udmurtian Republic in the per… Show more

“…Later, de-limonene is added to the digesters with the help of impulse pumps [6]. Fat is sucked out by the digesters [6], through the pipeline [7] into the container [8] which collects this fat. Subsequently, the defatted, wet raw material from the digesters 6 enters through the bins [9] into the drainage press device [10], where through the grate [11], the broth is drained into the broth collection tank [12].…”

“…When processing raw materials of animal origin, including those of waste fish, for the production of feed products, 1,2 it is important to create conditions for the not allowing this waste to be consumed by the population, and to guarantee food security to the population and human health [3][4] . At the same time, attention should be paid to non-waste complex processing of raw materials with the aim to obtain the maximum possible number of useful and safe products [5][6][7][8][9] . When processing raw materials of animal origin, their degreasing is required.…”

“…Ethical conflicts arise around the scientific investigation of natural processes and the ethics of technogenic interventions in areas that are complex due to unpredictable outcomes. Attempts to solve environmental problems through additional technogenic interventions often generate problems of a higher level of complexity (KUDRIN, 2019). The unprecedented growth of humanity's capabilities has made it necessary to take the highest level of responsibility for both the consequences of today's activities and the correctness of the vector of future development.…”

“…When using such biopreparations, it is possible to achieve good wastewater purification, accelerated and rapid composting and processing of organic waste from livestock farms into valuable fermented fertilizers, eliminating unpleasant odors in cesspools and in industrial premises. It gives excellent results when introduced into animal husbandry, which is accompanied by an increase in milk yield, an increase in the fat content of milk and the mass fraction of protein, an increase in average daily gains [7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14].…”
