Biochemical Diagnosis of Bile Acid Diarrhea: Prospective Comparison With the 75Seleno-Taurohomocholic Acid Test

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The diagnosis of bile acid diarrhea is often missed because the availability of the 75seleno-taurohomocholic acid (SeHCAT) test is limited.
