Binding of Fusarium mycotoxins by fermentative bacteria in vitro

Abstract: Aims:  Fusarium toxins can occur in conserved forages impairing farm animal performances and health. On‐farm biological decontamination methods could be an alternative to traditional physico‐chemical methods.
