Introduction One of the essential characteristics of the era of globalization is the high level of competition that covers almost all lifelines, including in the world of science and technology. The development of science and technology is the basis and spearhead of the development of global information that heats the birth of a global culture that impacts changing patterns of human behavior. This study aims to analyze the strategy for implementing ISO 21001:2018-based service quality management standards at SMK Telkom Makassar. This research method uses a qualitative or naturalistic approach because it is carried out in natural conditions. Data analysis using qualitative analysis models; data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusions. The result is that the implications of the implementation of SM2P2 based on ISO 9001: 2015 at SMK Telkom Makassar with three indicators: education equity, improving the quality of education, and expanding access to education. The conclusion is that efforts to improve the quality of education are closely related to the development of the competence of educators and education personnel, bureaucratic services, and school autonomy through the optimization of School-Based Management, accountability, and school image that can be accounted to the community. Therefore, the supervision factor needs attention as it should be.

Implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Indonesian construction can potentially optimize material resources, labor, and energy efficiency. However, several challenges hinder its effectiveness, including proficiency, standards, policies, infrastructure, and BIM access. This research aims to identify and address factors impeding BIM implementation, providing recommendations for stakeholders to impact the construction industry positively. Conducted through a quantitative approach, the study gathers data online via questionnaires distributed among BIM stakeholders, encompassing practitioners, academics, and government representatives. The data is meticulously analyzed using ANOVA, factor analysis, and factor rotation techniques. The research identifies five key factors contributing to BIM issues in Indonesia based on eigenvalues exceeding 1.0. These factors encompass limited BIM access, challenges in proficiency and mastery, incomplete data on components and materials, inaccessible BIM infrastructure, and restricted collaboration across domains. The users' expectations center around BIM dissemination and standardization, easy data accessibility, establishing a robust Indonesian BIM community, affordability and accessibility of BIM infrastructure, and user-friendly BIM platforms. The anticipated outcomes of this research offer practical implications for the construction industry. These include recommendations for enhanced BIM training, proposing government funding to facilitate companies in acquiring necessary BIM software and hardware, and promoting BIM knowledge through seminars. The overarching goal is to address the identified challenges, fostering efficient BIM utilization in the Indonesian construction industry.

One of a kind products, processes, and partner groups typically characterise the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. This has led to a challenging industry environment with islands of automation, difficult communication between stakeholders, and increasing specialisation. Building information modelling (BIM) is a modern approach to building design, documentation, delivery, and lifecycle management that addresses many AEC challenges. The outcome of this process is a comprehensive building information model that encompasses all relevant data and information related to the construction process as well as the built asset. This model is a primary resource for diverse end-user applications, including augmented reality, that could be essential in bridging the gap between the virtual and physical worlds and has become a component of modern digital workflows within the AEC industry. This chapter provides an overview of AEC specifics and how those reflect in implementing augmented reality in the context of BIM processes. It also delves into the challenges that must be addressed to facilitate the widespread adoption of augmented reality technology in the AEC sector.
