Bilgi Yönetimi Süreci ile Yenilikçilik İlişkisi: Örgütsel Öğrenmenin Aracılık Rolü

Abstract: Bu araştırmada, bilgi yönetimi süreci ile yenilikçilik arasındaki ilişkide örgütsel öğrenmenin aracılık rolünün mevcut olup olmadığı incelenmiştir.
