Bilateral Complete Loss and Partial Regeneration of Photoreceptor Layers in a Pediatric Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) Case

Abstract: Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease is a multisystem autoimmune disease affecting melanocytecontaining tissues in the eyes, meninges, ear, and skin.
