Wireless networked control systems (WNCSs) provide a key enabling technique for Industry Internet of Things (IIoT). However, in the literature of WNCSs, most of the research focuses on the control perspective, and has considered oversimplified models of wireless communications which do not capture the key parameters of a practical wireless communication system, such as latency, data rate and reliability. In this paper, we focus on a WNCS, where a controller transmits quantized and encoded control codewords to a remote actuator through a wireless channel, and adopt a detailed model of the wireless communication system, which jointly considers the interrelated communication parameters. We derive the stability region of the WNCS. If and only if the tuple of the communication parameters lies in the region, the average cost function, i.e., a performance metric of the WNCS, is bounded. We further obtain a necessary and sufficient condition under which the stability region is nbounded, where n is the control codeword blocklength. We also analyze the average cost function of the WNCS. Such analysis is non-trivial because the finite-bit control-signal quantizer introduces a non-linear and discontinuous quantization function which makes the performance analysis very difficult. We derive tight upper and lower bounds on the average cost function in terms of latency, data rate and reliability. Our analytical results provide important insights into the design of the optimal parameters to minimize the average cost within the stability region. An Optimal Least Square Support Vector Machine Based Earnings Prediction of Blockchain Financial Products

The booming applications of bitcoin Blockchain technologies made investors concerned about the return and risk of financial products. So, the return rate of bitcoin must be foreseen in prior. This research article devises an effective return rate prediction technique for Blockchain financial products based on Optimal Least Square Support Vector Machine (OLS-SVM) model. The parameter optimization of the LS-SVM model was performed using hybridization of Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) with Differential Evolution (DE), called optimal GWO (OGWO) algorithm. The hybridization process is performed to eliminate the local optima problem of GWO and enhance the diversity of the population. To verify the goodness of the proposed model, the Ethereum (ETH) return rate was chosen as the target and experimental analysis was performed on it to verify the predictive results on the time series. The experimental outcome was analyzed in terms of two performance measures namely Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The obtained simulation outcome infers that the OLS-SVM model yielded better predictive outcome of the return rate of financial products.

Summary Internet of Things (IoT) is connected to heterogeneous devices. Efficient adaptive scheduling with encoding and decoding of data is an unaddressed issue in IoT. This paper processes the data under three major hierarchy: namely, adaptability, scheduling of data, and network coding for that data. The reliable access to the information is ensured by a device which is a primary eminence in IoT. Device must be able to adapt itself according to the changes in the network and to maintain its reliability as well as transparency and seamless access to the resources. To enhance the performance of the data dissemination, the scheduling process is investigated using the spatial grouping in IoT devices; this is achieved by joint spatial and code domain scheduling scheme, and the novel preconfigured access scheme is coined in order to minimize the collision rate of arbitrary access; during the data dissemination, the erasure coding scheme is used for the encoding and decoding of packets which provides optimal redundancy. We carried the simulation using Contiki and it shows the proposed Polymorphic Erasure Coding with Markov decision Adaptability and Neural networks (PECMAN) improves in terms of cost, overhead, and delay when compared with Multi‐user Shared Access (EMUSA), Polynomial‐time Optimal Storage Allocation (OSA) scheme, and Event‐Aware Back pressure Scheduling Scheme (EABS).
