Through our preceding work regarding the signicance of reactive synthons in the synthesis of many heterocycles, 58,59 and many reviews that deliberated the chemistry fused pyrimidines, [60][61][62][63][64][65][66][67] and pyridopyrimidines, [68][69][70] we herein highlight the advancements in the synthetic strategies of heterocycle-integrated pyridopyrimidine scaffolds supported in nano-catalysis.
