Bias Gender Penanganan Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) Oleh Penyidik Di Tingkat Kepolisian

Abstract: Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan suatu tindak pidana yang tidak hanya dilakukan oleh seorang suami terhadap istri, namun dapat pula sebaliknya dilakukan oleh seorang istri terhadap suami.
