Beziehungen zwischen L‐Ascorbinsäure und Milch

Abstract: Auf die Vitamin-C-Gehalte der Milch verschiedener Haustiere, insbesondere des Rindes, wurde in einer friiheren Arbeit bereits eingegangen [I].
