LAPTH-Conf-003/14 1 General backgroundWe first expose the general algebraic framework that will be needed for our calculation. This part is not new at all, it just recasts well-known facts from QISM approach, see e.g. [1, 2, 3] and references therein. We also use it to fix our notations.
