Bestimmung der Bindung von Chlordiazepoxid, Diazepam, Nitrazepam und Phenprocoumon an Human‐ und Rinderserumalbumin

Abstract

Unter Anwendung eines modifizierten Ultrafiltrationsverfahrens wurde die Bindung von Chlordiazepoxid, Nitrazepam, Diazepam und Phenprocounion an Human-und Rinderserumalbumin (HSA, RSA 4proz. in Pufferlosungen bei pH 7,4) bestimmt. Es wurde festgestellt, daf3 die hier untersuchten Benzodiazepinderivatc unterschiedlich stark an RSA bzw. HSA gebunden werdcn.Determination of the Binding of Chlorodiazepoxide, Diazepam, Nitrazepam and Phenprocoumon to Human and Bovine Serum Albumin Applying a modified ultrafiltration method, the binding of Chlorodiazepoxide, Diazepam, Nitrazepam and Phenprocoumon to human serum albumin (HSA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was determined (4 % buffered solutions, p E 7.4). Different degrees of binding t o HSA and BSA were observed.
