So ist auch JAEDICKE (1968) in der Broschfire ,,Eine Volksheilweise" der Ansicht, dab beim Grauen Star in jedem Falle ein Behandlungsversuch mit folgenden ,,Konstitutionsmitteln" gemacht werden sollte.Calc. fluor. D 12, Silicea D 12, Kal. phosph. D 6.Diese Substanzen sollen in der hom6opathischen Dosierung yon 10 -6 bzw. 10 -1~ auch wfihrend der Nachbehandlung einer rechtzeitig erfolgten Staroperation von Nutzen sein.Schon immer waren Therapieversuche beim Grauen Star auf der Grundlage der Hom6opathielehre mit dem Ziele vorgenommen worden, mit stark verdtinnten Substanzen eine spezifische Heilwirkung zu erzielen. KAZ (1912) und UEYER-STEINE~G (1913 z.B. propagierten im Gegensatz zu ihren Zeitgenossen die ,,Jodisierung" mit sehr geringen Dosen. Therapie mit Kataraktnoxen"FISCHNER (1914) versuchte nach dem hom6opathischen Grundsatz ,,similia similibus curentur" bewuBt, mit starken Verdtinnungen der Kataraktnoxen Naphthalin und Secale (Ergotin) das Fortschreiten beginnender Stare zu verhindern. W~ihrend Naphthalin wirkungslos blieb, sah T~SCHNER gute Erfolge
