Beneficial effects of cinnamon and its extracts in the management of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes

Abstract: Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and diabetes are the leading causes of death worldwide, which underlines the urgent necessity to develop new pharmacotherapies.
