Abstract:The purpose of this article is to examine how students use social media based on six factors: field of study, level of study, year of study, gender, age, and income. To collect the data for this study, we conducted an online survey with an appropriate sample. In this study, a single construct was used to assess students' social media usage habits. We investigated the link between students' social media behaviors and their academic orientation, degree of study, year of study, gender, age, and income.
