Barriers to innovation adoption: a study of e‐markets

Abstract: PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to explore and expound the factors that impinge on the adoption and usage of industrial e‐markets.Design/methodology/approachA review of the literature on e‐market adoption was followed by in‐depth interviews with senior managers in buyer, supplier, and e‐market organisations.
