Barley Varieties Registered in the Czech Republic in the Year 2003.

Abstract: Klíčová slova: ječmen jarní, sladovnická kvalita, odrůda ÚVODV roce 2003 byly na základě výsledků tříletých zkoušek registrovány sladovnické odrůdy jarního ječmene BIATLON, CALGARY, FAUSTINA, a RESPEKT (tab. 1). Odrůda PE-DANT byla registrována pouze pro export osiva, bez deklarace užitné hodnoty.Dále byla registrována nesladovnická odrůda ozimého ječ-mene víceřadého TRAMINER.Na základě požadavku zástupců zpracovatelského prů-myslu byl zvýrazněn význam zákalu sladiny.
