Balanced occlusion aided locator abutment retained overdenture with no implant placed within anterior region: A case report

Abstract

Key Clinical MessageA maxillary edentulous arch with severe bone resorption was treated by locator abutment retained overdenture. Under the criterion of balanced occlusion, implants located solely in the posterior area is a good selection which could efficiently guarantee the stability and perdurability of the overdenture in 2‐year follow‐up.
