Bakteriális infekciók májátültetés után

Abstract: Bevezetés: A szerzők a májátültetést követően kialakult mikrobás fertőzéseket, a mintavételek eredményeit, a multidrug-rezisztencia incidenciáját vizsgálták a hazai betegek körében. Célkitűzés: Tanulmányozták a bakteriális fertőzés kialakulásának kockázati tényezőit, az infekciókhoz kapcsolódó szövődmények előfordulását, lefolyását, és részletes kórokozó-spektrumelemzést végeztek. Módszer: 2003-2012 között májátültetett 408 beteg adatait (281 bakterioló-giai tenyésztést) vizsgálták. Eredmények: A 408 beteg köz… Show more

“…The hepatitis E virus issue seems to be more critical since health care personnel usually are less vigilant with this virus in general and its transmission by transfusion procedures. It became apparent during the last couple of years that E virus-induced hepatitis is pretty common in the U.K. and other European countries, and as a consequence, this virus can be transmitted with the transfusion or blood components outside of endemic areas [ 46 , 48 , 49 ]. Therefore, it is essential to screen the donors and, in the meanwhile, further identify screening methods for hepatitis virus safety.…”

“…Therefore, direct E virus PCR would be desired to provide reliable data on transfusion safety. This PCR is still not easily and readily available, but proteinuria, chronic liver disease markers, splenomegaly, and blood count abnormalities (hemolysis, cytopenia) might also call attention to E virus persistence [ 44 , 45 , 46 , 48 ]. The success of the recent introduction of mandatory HEV NAT testing in 2020 have to be summarized in the upcoming years.…”

“…Netherlands: interestingly coagulase-negative staphylococci is the most common.Yershinia Enterocolitica can tolerate lower temperatures quite well, so may be persistent even after longer storage periods [5][6][7][8][9]. Bacterial transmission can be important issue in interventions with unusually large transfusion need (liver transplantation, etc) so it should receive special care and attention [10].…”
