Abstract: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Antalya ilinde faaliyet gösteren bağımsız denetim firmalarının bulut tabanlı bilişim teknolojilerini benimseme düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak nitel araştırma türlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Ulaşılabilirlik durumuna göre Antalya'da faaliyet gösteren Kamu Gözetim Kurumunda yetkili 8 bağımsız denetim firmasından 6'sı ile derinlemesine görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir.
