Briefly, polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF)-bottomed 96-well Filtration Plates (Millipore, Bedford, MA) were coated with 150 μL/mL T4-mFlt4 recombinant vaccine at 4°C overnight and then incubated at 37 °C for 1 h.
