Abstract: Abstract:Urinary tract infection (UTI) is the most common infectious complications after renal transplantation. Recently many researchers reported that the bacterial agents of UTI in renal allograft recipients changed and demonstrated increased antimicrobial resistance to commonly used cephalosporins.
