Axial Length Measurement

Abstract: The MMD is a convenient, reliable, and portable device to measure axial length. It can be used to monitor axial length in patients over time.

In view of the fact that a large number of scientific and clinical studies have been conducted on the performance of the IOL master, it has become the current gold standard of accuracy in biometry and is comparable to other biometry devices in routine use [40].
