Avaliação da Qualidade da Infraestrutura e Serviços em Aeroportos do Estado de São Paulo, Brasil

Abstract: Este artigo procurou exibir as lacunas de desempenho de dois dos principais terminais aeroportuários do Estado de São Paulo, juntamente com indicativos de melhorias. Realizou-se pesquisa tipo survey com questionário semiestruturado junto aos usuários nos terminais de passageiros desses aeroportos, um localizado na capital e outro no interior do estado.
